Refund Policy

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are marked “Ready for Dispatch” from your account's Order Details page.

For damaged, incorrect, or spoiled items received, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Refunds for prepaid orders are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
